When you submit the contact form we collect the details you enter: your name, business email, company, country, the service you are interested in, your message, and your consent. We also record the date and time of the submission and a one-way hashed form of your IP address, used only to limit repeated or abusive submissions.
How we use it
We use these details only to reply to your enquiry and to discuss and quote services you ask about. We do not sell your information and do not use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
Enquiries are stored in a database on Cloudflare, which also hosts this website. Cloudflare may process technical request data, such as IP address and browser type, to deliver and protect the site.
Cookies and tracking
This website does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not load third-party fonts or trackers. If a bot-protection check is enabled on the form, it is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile and is used only to tell people from automated software.
Retention
We keep an enquiry for as long as needed to respond to it and manage any resulting relationship, then delete it. You can ask us to delete your enquiry at any time.
Your choices
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information you submitted. Send a message through the contact form describing your request and we will respond. Depending on where you live, for example the United States or Australia, you may have additional rights under local privacy law.
